Appearance Magazine LLC, based in Charlotte, NC, provides entertainment services for nightlife events. All event participation is at your own risk. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from:

Refuse service

Remove individuals for misconduct or safety concerns

Check IDs and verify age (21+ for alcohol consumption under NC law)

Patrons are responsible for complying with North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) laws.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless:

An event is cancelled by Appearance Magazine LLC.

No refunds will be given for:

Customer cancellations or no-shows

Dissatisfaction with venue, music, or other subjective aspects

We may offer credits or rescheduling at our discretion in limited cases. To request consideration, email appearancemagazine73@gmail.com within 48 hours of the event.
